Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Gatherli account and all associated data directly from the app, or by contacting us at admin@gatherli.org.
How to delete your account from the app
Make sure you are logged into the account you want to delete.
Tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap the settings icon in the top-right corner of your profile page.
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and tap Delete Account.
Read the confirmation dialog and tap Confirm to permanently delete your account.
⚠️ This action is permanent. Once confirmed, your account and all personal data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:

| Group memberships | Deleted within 30 days |

| Game participation records | Anonymised — game results retained |
| Training session participation | Anonymised — session records retained |
Request deletion by email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at admin@gatherli.org from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
